8 Years of Daftarkhwan

In August 2016, Daftarkhwan opened its doors with the singular vision to enable startups and enterprises by providing them agile infrastructure and situating them in a trusted triad of founders, investors and innovators. Starting out as a 20 member facility in Lahore, Daftarkhwan now stands at an impressive 350,000+ square feet across 10 sites in 3 cities, establishing itself as Pakistan’s premium coworking space.

Building executive sites with industry juggernauts, recent launches include Daftarkhwan | Boulevard on Main Boulevard, Gulberg in Lahore and Daftarkhwan | Vanguard on Constitution Avenue, F-5 in Islamabad.

During its electrifying 8 years, Daftarkhwan has overcome a multitude of challenges, surpassing its limit to become a leader in the ecosystem. From weathering the pandemic and its notorious lockdowns to enduring a global recession, Daftarkhwan emerges as a resilient force, putting coworking on the main street.

Over the years, Daftarkhwan has made significant strides- securing funding from Pakistan’s first unicorn EMPG, partnering with the Pakistan Air Force for Daftakhwan | Alpha and being the first coworking space to achieve STZA status. Additionally Daftarkhwan has had the honor of hosting delegations from various countries, including a visit from Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Azerbaijan’s President, Ilham Aliyev.

Daftarkhwan hosts a diverse supercommunity of over 4300 members and 316 companies, ranging from startups and SMEs to established enterprises and MNCs like Unilever, Red Bull, Reckitt, Unifonic, Entertainer Asia, EY, Siemens and Careem. Daftarkhwan has also partnered with 65+ companies since its inception, weaving a synergistic network, essential to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Some notable partnerships include Open Silicon Valley, Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), Google Developers Group, ITCN Asia and P@SHA.
