About the role:
Daftarkhwan is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our design team. This full-time, on-site position is based in LHR and is integral to transforming design concepts into reality across our spaces. As the Production Coordinator, you will manage the entire lifecycle of physical production for Daftarkhwan's design elements, ensuring flawless execution from concept to installation. You'll play a key role in coordinating with vendors, overseeing quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of projects across multiple Daftarkhwan locations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, hands-on experience in production management, and a sharp eye for detail to bring our creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end production of all design elements for Daftarkhwan’s physical spaces, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the design team and external vendors, managing negotiations, timelines, and quality to ensure cost-effective and high-standard production outputs.

• Perform thorough quality checks on all produced items, guaranteeing alignment with design specifications and maintaining Daftarkhwan’s high standards.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials like wood, metal, acrylic, and fabric to make informed decisions for each project, staying updated on new trends and techniques.

• Coordinate installations and setups across multiple Daftarkhwan locations, ensuring all design elements are properly installed, meet safety standards, and align with the brand’s aesthetic vision.

• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, secure the best deals, and source new materials to enhance production quality and efficiency.

• Skilled in market research, vendor evaluation, negotiating terms, and overseeing production processes to achieve top-quality results.

• You’re proficient in working with diverse materials like metal, wood, acrylic, and fabrics, and understand how to apply them effectively in design projects.

• You have a sharp eye for quality control, ensuring that every output meets high standards and design specifications.

• Comfortable with on-site work, you can handle pre-event preparations, installations, and project execution across multiple locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• You’re a practical problem-solver with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments.

• You’re familiar with production workflows and vendor selection processes, ensuring efficient management from start to finish.

• Strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effortlessly with vendors, the design team, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
