About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Data Analyst to join our dynamic tribe. This is a full-time, on-site job in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to present data in a clear and impactful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify gaps in business processes and data collection methods.

  • Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Design, maintain, update, and develop data models, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Build capacity across the organization to utilize and interpret current data.

  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights.

  • Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization using data-driven approaches.

  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

  • Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for various projects.

  • Provide ad hoc data analysis support for special projects and strategic initiatives.


About you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or other tools.

  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong execution and follow-up skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
